- The Customer is Responsible for the hire Equipment, from Delivery or collection by customer. Up to and including its safe return.
- Care to be taken when using the equipment, as the hirer is responsible for ensuring their own and others safety.
- If using equipment, which has a naked flame, ensure that a container filled with SAND OR A FIRE EXTINGUISHER is at hand in case of emergency.
- All losses/breakage’s are to be paid for at full replacement cost. No substitutes are acceptable.
- A holding deposit is payable on placement of all orders. With the balance of the order payable seven days prior to the event. Unless an account customer under
terms.
- Hire rate shown being for the minimum period. One days hire with collection delivery day before event, collection return next working day. Extended hire rates
available upon request.
- Delivery /Collection Charge will be made – rate depending on area of delivery/ collection.
- All equipment charged at return clean unless booked otherwise. Charge would apply.
- Excluding linen hire, which has laundry charge inclusive in hire charge.
- ALL ITEMS HIRED BEING SUBJECT TO VAT. AT THE CURRECT RATE.
