1. The Customer is Responsible for the hire Equipment, from Delivery or collection by customer. Up to and including its safe return.
2. Care to be taken when using the equipment, as the hirer is responsible for ensuring their own and others safety.
3. If using equipment, which has a naked flame, ensure that a container filled with SAND OR A FIRE EXTINGUISHER is at hand in case of emergency.
4. All losses/breakage’s are to be paid for at full replacement cost. No substitutes are acceptable.
5. A holding deposit is payable on placement of all orders. With the balance of the order payable seven days prior to the event. Unless an account customer under terms.
6. Hire rate shown being for the minimum period. One days hire with collection delivery day before event, collection return next working day. Extended hire rates available upon request.
7. Delivery /Collection Charge will be made – rate depending on area of delivery/ collection.
8. All equipment charged at return clean unless booked otherwise. Charge would apply.
9. Excluding linen hire, which has laundry charge inclusive in hire charge.
10. ALL ITEMS HIRED BEING SUBJECT TO VAT. AT THE CURRECT RATE.
